PSYCHOTHERAPY, ART THERAPY
I am a therapist who specializes in working with children, teens, young adults, and families. I focus on supporting my clients in finding their voices within the systems they live. My goal as your therapist is to support you in solving problems that are impacting your life, navigating changes/transitions, and achieving your personal goals. My style of therapy comes from a systems perspective in which I incorporate art therapy and a person-centered approach. I am a warm and welcoming, yet direct therapist, and my overall hope is to help you thrive!

PSYCHOTHERAPY, ART THERAPY
Christine’s therapeutic practice is grounded in compassion and creativity. Her work is informed by the theory of narrative therapy. She believes in the unique complexity of each person’s life and aims to create a space where clients can navigate their stories and make decisions about how they want to author their lives. She takes a collaborative stance, working together with clients towards their goals, with the view that both client and therapist bring knowledge and agency to the work. Christine has extensive experience with multiple art media and uses this knowledge to support clients in better understanding themselves through creative expression.”
